Return&Exchange&Refunds

We strive to provide to you with high-quality customized eyewear and ensure that they are satisfied with your purchases.

However,we also offer a return and exchange policy for the eyewear and lenses. If the customer wants to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for our reasons, we will provide a free return or exchange service,which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

NOTE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Situation A Appearance Defect

The (sun)glasses have irreparable defects such as obvious scratches on the frame or lenses, or if parts of the frame are missing, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package to confirm. We will provide free returns (full refunds)or replacements.

Situation B Wearing Discomfort for Cutomized (sun)glasses

  • Right cutomization according to right prescription list We recommend that you wear the glasses for 2-3 days to adapt. During this period, please do not wear your old glasses. If you still feel uncomfortable afterwards, we will provide free return (full refunds)or replacement new glasses for you.
  • Wrong cutomization according to right prescription list we will provide free return (full refunds) or replacement right custmization glasses for you.
  • Right cutomization according to wrong prescription list
  • Still need a new glasses, you need to provide the correct prescription and pay for the additional lenses.
  • Don’t need the glasses anymore,we will provide return for the frame only and you need pay the cost of returning shipping .and you will get a part of refunds except the price of the lenses .

Situation C Subjective reasons

you just do not like the actual color, shape,weight or size of the (sun)glasses.

  1. Non-cutomized (sun)glasses ,we will provide return for the frame only and you need pay the cost of returning shipping ,you will get a full refunds.
  2. Customized (sun)glasses ,we will provide return for the frame only and you need pay the cost of returning shipping .and you will get a part of refunds except the price of the lenses .

Situation D Order Lens only

  1. Storage (plano) lenses We support unconditional returns and exchanges if the lenses are intact, but you will need to pay for the shipping fees.
  2. Customized prescription lenses We don’t support unconditional returns and exchanges
